-Details depend on size and condition of the car, as well as what package. Typically about 60min for an express service and 120min for a deluxe service.

 -One way that you can help us best serve your vehicle, is empty out your compartments and cargo area of personal items. We can take care of the garbage. Also, let us know if there are any compartments you would rather we not clean. Any other items we find, we will place in a bag and place in the trunk. 

 -It depends. Some stains have been there so long, that they're set in. Others can come out with a good shampoo or steam. 

 - We can remove certain scratches from the exterior clear coat of a car. The rule of thumb is that the scratch has to be on the surface of the clear coat paint. If you can feel it with your finger nail the scratch is too deep to be removed. It can polished, and made harder to however, if you can’t feel the scratch with your fingernail there is a great possibility the scratch can be removed. If your car has swirls or a dull look to it, a simple paint enhancement can bring back gloss and clarity.

 - It's completely up to you. Quarterly cleanings are suggested to keep things from getting too bad. For the more particular crowd, we offer weekly, biweekly, or monthly maintenance programs at a discounted rate so its easy to get clean and stay clean.
